Refund Policy

Problem-item requests

Report damage, defects, an incorrect item, missing components or material misdescription within 30 calendar days after delivery. This is the request window, not a return-arrival deadline.

Approval first

Send blanlananan@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, explanation and clear photos or video. Keep the packaging and wait for approval and the correct return instructions; the correspondence address is not automatically a return facility.

Resolution

Replacement or exchange depends on review and stock. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; provider posting may take longer.

Preference returns

We do not voluntarily accept change-of-mind, preference, wrong-size, wrong-option or no-reason returns. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
