From preparation to arrival

Allow 1–2 business days for order preparation after payment authorization. Transit normally takes a separate 4–6 business days after dispatch; weekends and applicable holidays are excluded and dates are estimates.

Delivery details

Review the destination, address and shipping charge shown at checkout. Carrier scans may appear after the dispatch notice.

Email blanlananan@gmail.com about a delayed, lost, delivered-but-missing or transit-damaged parcel. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference, and retain packaging and photographs when relevant.
